Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is a partnership of the public, the police, and the media which provides the community with a proactive program for people to anonymously assist in the solving of crime and contributing to an improved quality of life in our community.

Redesign the Sudbury Crime Stoppers website so members of the organization can update their own content easily and efficiently. The new website was part of a marketing initiative to better promote the program locally as well as in other geographic locations. Crime Stoppers wanted to have the ability to quickly modify their own website so as to be able to keep the community informed in regards to criminal activity in the Sudbury area. |
A SharePoint website was designed to promote the program in order to increase community awareness. Extensive search engine optimization initiatives were integrated into the new website development to ensure that the website was found by users on the Web.
Content Editor Web Parts were used in conjunction with custom SharePoint templates so the Client can now edit all their own content online. |

No html editing software is needed. The Client can modify content in their website anywhere they have Internet access. Website changes are implemented quickly and easily by any staff that has permission to make website changes. Search engine optimization tactics ensure that the website will be found and the Crime Stoppers program will be properly promoted. |
