Redesign the Cyberparents website so staff could update their content themselves, without having to use external html web editing software. The look of the Cyberparents website needed to be consistent with the look and feel of the Child Care Resources website, while offering its own information and online presence. |
A SharePoint website was designed keeping in mind Cyberparents' market branding and pre-existing client base. Content Editor Web Parts were used in conjunction with custom SharePoint templates so the Client can now edit all their online content themselves.
Document libraries and image galleries are used to share files amongst Cyberparent participants who are dispersed geographically. |

No html editing software is needed. The Client can modify content in their website anywhere they have Internet access. Website changes are implemented quickly and easily by any staff that has permission to make website changes.
Geographically dispersed staff and program participants are now able to access and collaborate via the website. |
