Child Care Resources (CCR) is a non-profit community agency which provides many services and supports to parents, children and professionals to enhance and support a good quality of life for children in the early years and those with special needs.

Develop and design an application that would allow for Main Branch and Satellite Branches to access/update company information online as well as promote collaboration between all users. |
A SharePoint portal was created.
Custom Web Parts were developed to display Help Desk Cases pertaining to CCR from Computrek's CRM system. Data is integrated into the SharePoint portal from the Client’s external data source, showing them up-to-date case status information.
Media libraries were created to store video and audio files so staff could access online training and tutorials from their offices which were dispersed geographically. |
