This session introduces the "Creating Solutions Approach": a methodology framework of tools and techniques for strategic intiatives. The course offers insights on how to facilitate the development and design of business strategies. Participants will learn how to lead their project teams to:
- Develop a shared understanding the current environment
- Identify key opportunities, obstacles and the major factors that will influence decisions
- Develop a shared vision of the future state
- Convert the vision to a "blueprint" through design and modeling (process design example)
- Define and quantify the benefits of the proposed change
- Understand the dimensions and impact of change
- Select the best design from amongst alternatives
